A rabbit scrape is NOT, of itself, an Abnormal Ground Condition. To be an AGC it has to be a “hole, cast or runway” made by a burrowing animal etc. Rabbits often “scrape” the surface of ground, preparatory to making a hole, without actually creating either a hole or a runway. No relief.
